While I was working away, winter finally made it to Muskoka.
I have removed nearly as much snow in the last week or so as I have all winter – and more is expected. I love the snow. The more the better. The snowmobiles are out in force and today we got more sun than was forecast, making for a near perfect winter day.
I got out to re-shoot some reference photos for one of my old houses. I want to do an exterior of the Livingstone/Stephens House and the light was perfect.
I have a backlog of paintings ready to go to the next phase so there will be a lot of new work in the coming weeks. I’ll likely post a work in progress next time.
